In Cook County, Illinois, we bring that same depth of analysis to one of the Midwest’s largest and most diverse residential markets. We are here to provide professionally curated appraisals.

Our founder, Damon Hall is an active participant in the Fannie Mae Appraiser Development Initiative (ADI), a program committed to bringing qualified appraisers into the profession. He spent years as a board member of the Appraisers Coalition of Washington (ACOW), contributing to the advancement of appraisal standards and professional development across the state of Washington. We offer a solid foundation in real estate valuation built on financial, business, and tax expertise that the average appraiser simply doesn’t possess.

Our Experience

Before transitioning into residential appraisal, Damon spent two years in investment accounting for a major retail REIT, developing deep insight into how real estate assets are valued at an institutional level. With a tax background spanning over 15 years, banking and direct work with high net worth individuals, we are uniquely positioned to provide a sophisticated understanding of the financial implications behind every property valuation we deliver.

Combined with four years of dedicated residential appraisal experience — including two and a half years as a staff appraiser at a multinational bank — we bring an analytical depth to every assignment that goes well beyond standard appraisal practice. That breadth of experience directly benefits every client we serve today, whether they are a homeowner, lender, attorney, or estate planner navigating a complex transaction.
